Your personal information will be kept in a form which enables us to identify you for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which we collected and use your personal information. Your personal information may be retained in certain files for a period of time as required by applicable law and following our data retention policies in order to comply with such financial or legal requirements, to properly resolve disputes or to troubleshoot problems. You may request to be removed from our lists at any time. All emails distributed to our lists will contain easy, online access to unsubscribe.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship: (i) a list of the categories of Personal Information, such as name, address, e‐mail address, and the type of services provided to that customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (ii) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
